Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with SDG 3D. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.

Because many of our products are made-to-order or custom 3D printed, all sales are subject to the terms below.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives defective or incorrect, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  • Eligible defective items will be replaced or exchanged at our discretion

  • Refunds are not issued for defective items unless a replacement or exchange is not possible

  • We may require clear photos and order details before approval

  • Items returned without approval will not be accepted

Custom & Made-to-Order Items

Custom and made-to-order items are created specifically for your order and cannot be resold.

  • Custom items are non-refundable once production has begun

  • If a custom order cannot be completed or is deemed unsuccessful, a refund may be issued minus the non-refundable deposit

  • Deposits cover design time, materials, machine setup, and preparation costs

  • Approval of a custom design or proof confirms acceptance and authorizes production

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Custom or personalized items (unless defective)

  • Items damaged due to misuse, modification, or improper handling

  • Items showing signs of wear, use, or alteration after delivery

  • Clearance or final sale items (if applicable)

Return Authorization Required

All returns or exchanges must be approved in advance.

To request approval, please contact us within the stated timeframe with:

  • Order number

  • Description of the issue

  • Photos of the item and packaging (if applicable)

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these requirements.

Shipping & Handling

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is confirmed defective or incorrect

  • Replacement items will be shipped after the original item is returned or confirmed defective
